A structured 4-week cohort combining psychoeducation, evidence-based therapy practices, and guided fitness/boxing training to develop mental strength, emotional regulation, and physical discipline. Meeting twice a week. One session for mental performance and one session focused more on physical training.
Limited to 6-10 participants
Clients can expect measurable growth in mental strength, emotional regulation, and overall performance, supported by both psychological and physical training.
